You may cancel your order at any time before it has been shipped. Once your cancellation request is received and processed, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that cancellations cannot be processed once your order has entered the shipping process. To cancel an order, please contact our customer service team immediately after placing your order.
We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase. Items that show signs of wear, damage, or are not in their original condition may be denied a refund or may be subject to a restocking fee at our discretion.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns without an RMA number will not be accepted. Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how and where to send your package. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
Upon receipt and inspection of your returned item, we will send you an email notification confirming the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution's processing time. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is a result of our error.
For items purchased during promotional periods or with discounts, only the amount you actually paid will be refunded. Gift purchases will be refunded to the original payment method used for the purchase.
If you haven't received your refund within the expected timeframe, please first check with your bank or credit card company as it may take some time before the refund is officially posted. If you've done this and still have not received your refund, please contact us with your order details. We will investigate the matter and work with our payment processor to resolve any issues.
For payments made via PayPal, please check your PayPal account balance before contacting us. Some refunds may be credited to your PayPal balance rather than being sent back to your original payment method.
